Heathrow Airport (All Terminals)

General Rules

• All coach pickups must report to West Ramp Coach Park (WRCP) before release.
• Maximum dwell time on terminal forecourts: 20 minutes.
• Permits are mandatory during operational hours.

Permits & Charges

• Permit cost: £73.20 (inc VAT) per journey
• Payment: Card only
• WRCP hours: 06:00–22:00 (365 days)

Out of Hours

• After 22:30 or before 06:00: No permit required
• Wait off-site, then proceed directly to terminal

Drop-off Charges

• £7 for 10 minutes
• £1 per additional minute (up to 20 minutes)
• Maximum charge: £27
• Maximum stay: 30 minutes

Required for vehicles over 8 seats. Permit allows up to 3 hours.
